How To Take permission for foreigners to buy a property ın Cyprus ?

After you find a rıght propert to ınvest in North Cyprus,the way you have to follow is;

First sign sale contract for the property you want to buy and if you want to feel more safe you can go to Tax office to stamp contract & Land Office to register contract to your name

For transfer the title deed on your name you have to;
Apply for “permission to ınvest” to TRNC Ministry of İnternal Affairs
You can directly apply or take help of lawyer to follow your process
